Old terracotta slabs are still very much sought after. Virtually all regions of France have produced some, but while the shapes are relatively close to one another, the colors may vary depending on the clay classes and the firing process.

High quality recovered marble. Sizes generally found (in centimeter) are  26 x 26, 28 x 28, 40 x 40 Pavements are most often available in white and  sometimes gray or black.
