Just a stone's throw from the historic city of Toulouse in southwest France, Au Temps Jadis specializes in the sale of antique building materials such as floor tiles, fountains, bricks, gates, and paving stones.
We are in the heart of the Midi-Pyrénées region which is located between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean and is often referred to as “the region where the living is good” by its 2,550,000 inhabitants and the hundreds of thousands of visitors that come each year.
Midi-Pyrénées is a region full of culture, a history book waiting to be opened. It is therefore an area with old houses, mansions and castles, and a typical architecture with many traditional building materials.
Beautiful hand-made terracota floor tiles
This tile is made by hand only. Once it is installed, it looks as if it has been in place for centuries. It has an orange-red hue, a bit pink sometimes, while some tiles have a lighter color. Its dimension is 27 x 27 x 3 cm of thickness.
